6 March 2024
On Thursday 7 March, Curtin Heritage Living will welcome guests, project partners and Waterfront Cottesloe residents to celebrate the completion of the final stage of the Cottesloe redevelopment.
Curtin Heritage Living Managing Director, David Cox says:
“This celebration is a chance for us to take a moment to pause and acknowledge the hard work of our team for the past six plus years. From initial concepts and planning – right up to moving furniture into our buildings, the project has involved the work of many. It is certainly a project everyone can be proud of.”

We have been fortunate to be supported by our local community from the beginning – and this has been reflected in the number of local people who have chosen Waterfront Cottesloe as their new home. The four landowner councils, the Town of Cottesloe, Shire of Peppermint Grove, Town of Claremont and Town of Mosman Park believed in our vision and committed to taking this journey with us and for that we are grateful.
We now look forward to seeing people from our broader community coming to participate in the arts and culture program we will be running from the refurbished heritage buildings.”
More about the Heritage Collective.
The Heritage Collective, located on the Marine Parade site in Cottesloe, includes three heritage buildings built between 1896 and 1909. The buildings will facilitate the delivery of a contemporary and inclusive community arts and culture program, which will soon be underway.
The buildings also offer spaces that can be hired by individuals, businesses or community groups for events and functions.
