Curtin Heritage Living is thrilled to announce it has been awarded a grant of $100,000 from Lotterywest. This significant funding injection will enable Curtin Heritage Living to develop and deliver an arts and culture program that will benefit people from diverse backgrounds and varying abilities within our community.

The arts and culture program will be run from the Heritage Collective, buildings recently refurbished as part of a larger redevelopment.  The Heritage Collective is located at 40 Marine Parade, Cottesloe and facilitates the delivery of arts and maker workshops, community education and more.   Spaces within the Heritage Collective are also available for hire.

David Cox, Managing Director of Curtin Heritage Living says “Arts and culture activities play a vital role in fostering community cohesion, personal development, and cultural appreciation. By offering inclusive programming, we will create enriching experiences for people from all walks of life. From art exhibitions to interactive workshops, our range of initiatives will serve as catalysts for creativity, connection, and growth.”

On behalf of our team, I would also like to say a heartfelt thanks to Lotterywest for their support. We are incredibly grateful for this grant, which supports us to enrich lives through arts and culture. We are excited to commence our programming and look forward to continuing to have a meaningful role in the lives of our community.”

The Hon. Klara Andric MLC presents Lotterywest Grant to Ricky Arnold, Arts and Culture Coordinator, and Pele Reeve, General Manager, Community and Lifestyle.
