UDIA Awards

Curtin Heritage Living, provider of aged care services, is thrilled to announce that its Cottesloe redevelopment has received two prestigious UDIAWA Awards for Excellence. The awards, which recognise outstanding achievements in urban development, were presented at a Gala event on Saturday evening at Crown Perth.
Curtin Heritage Living was named the winner in the Seniors Accommodation category and received the prestigious overall Russel Perry Award for Excellence in Development.
The Cottesloe redevelopment showcases an innovative approach to seniors living that seamlessly integrates modern and sophisticated spaces with functional and efficient design. The development features a range of amenities and services designed to enhance the quality of life for its residents, including 76 contemporary independent living apartments, 128 suite residential aged care home, communal gardens, three commercial tenancies and beautifully restored heritage buildings.
In celebrating this significant achievement, Curtin Heritage Living’s Managing Director, David Cox, expressed his gratitude:
“We are incredibly honored to have our project recognized by the UDIAWA Awards for Excellence program. We are humbled to receive the Russel Perry Award, particularly as our fellow nominees, including Blackburne’s One Subiaco, The Grove and Finbar’s South Perth Civic Heart, were of such a high caliber.
This recognition is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and vision of our board and our entire project team. Our goal with the Cottesloe redevelopment was not only to create beautiful, living environments but also to provide spaces where older people can engage meaningfully with the community. We believe that these interactions are essential for both the well-being of our residents and the vibrancy of the community at large.”
The Cottesloe redevelopment represents Curtin Heritage Living’s commitment to excellence and its vision for fostering connections across generations. By blending innovative design with a focus on community engagement, Curtin Heritage Living continues to set new standards in senior living and aged care.
