Join ARTPOD Kids for a joyful afternoon of colour, texture and play, as budding artists layer brightly hued tissue paper into giant, billowing kites. Working with a rainbow of tones and textures, kids will explore composition and contrast as their designs grow from paper scraps into something bold and three-dimensional. No two kites will be the same — each one a playful, personal piece to take home and hang proudly on a bedroom wall or in a sunny window, catching the light through layers of colour.
What to bring: Just a water bottle and a snack
Cost: $85 for 3 hour session, includes all materials
