Following her introductory presentation: “Ikebana: More than nice flowers in the vase”, licensed Sogetsu Ikebana teacher; Davorka (Dav) Sudac-Renge will lead a short course introducing base techniques and styles of the traditional Japanese art of Ikebana.
Participants are invited to sign up to the first three introductory workshops, with further sessions available in the future. $150 covers all three sessions with all materials provided.
Session 1. Moribana, techniques and styles: Wednesday 2 April 2025, 10am – 12.30pm
Session 2. Nageire, tall vase, techniques and styles: Wednesday 9 April 2025, 10am – 12.30pm
Session 3. Exploring freestyle: creating straight lines: Wednesday 16 April 2025, 10am – 12.30pm
