DESCRIPTION:David Beard is a Fullbright Scholar with a Masters Degree in exercise physiology. He is an experienced keynote speaker\, author and performance specialist. Through his work he aims to change people’s perceptions about health\, fitness and growing old\, by showing people how to develop sustainable life skills.\nHis work over the last 30 years with adults of all ages has given him new insights into what it means to age well\, and he looks forward to sharing them with you. \nThis engaging presentation will be held in The Heritage Collective Theatre from 1pm – 2pm\, followed by a meet and greet afternoon tea. Copies of David’s book ‘If I’d only known I’d live this long’ will also be available for purchase.
