Practice weekly Tai Chi with Margaret Bostaille in the Club Lounge. Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact, mind–body exercise combining slow, flowing movements with deep breathing and mindfulness. Suitable for all ages and abilities, it is especially beneficial for older adults and those seeking a gentle way to improve strength, balance, and wellbeing.

Regular practice supports:

Improved balance and fall prevention
Reduced stress, anxiety, and improved sleep
Relief from joint pain and arthritis symptoms
